Institutional journeys inevitably require bridges to travel over uneven landscapes and challenging dynamics. Engineering a strong bridge requires intentional design and a clear understanding of where one is and where they want to go.

Our aim as consultants, coaches and trainers is to meet you where you are and engage with you to get where you want to go as an institution. We will help you engineer scaffolding and accompany you on your journey until the place the community can move forward on its growth.

We are three seasoned educators with combined 60 years of experience in building equitable and inclusive cultures in communities and institutions. We have worked in the classroom, facilitated work and professional development with our school communities, and worked strategically in our leadership to disrupt inequity.

Our diverse group is able to work effectively with educators in any stage of the equity and justice journey: white teachers, teachers of color, teachers who are new to this work, teachers who have years of experience in this work.
